Philadelphia Eagles

T.J. McCreight was hired by the Philadelphia Eagles as a player personnel executive in 2017 after spending five seasons (2012-16) as the director of college scouting for the Indianapolis Colts.

Prior to joining the Colts' front office, McCreight worked as the director of pro personnel for the Arizona Cardinals from 2009-11.

McCreight began his NFL career in 1997 as an East Coast area scout with the Baltimore Ravens and went on to work for the organization for eight seasons. In his final two years with the club (2003-04), he was promoted to national scout.

In 2005, McCreight left Baltimore to take a position as assistant director, player personnel with the Cleveland Browns. After just two seasons, he was promoted to director of player personnel.

A former tight end at Liberty University, McCreight began his post-playing career as a receivers coach at Oberlin College in 1993. Following the season, he was hired as the defensive line coach at Delaware State and coached there for four years.

McCreight graduated from Liberty University in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in marketing.

He and his wife, Linda, have one son, Matthew, and one daughter, Maggie. Matthew is currently a wide receiver for the Bucknell Bison and Maggie plays soccer for Samford University in Birmingham, AL.
