Ryan Myers enters his 14th season with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was promoted to
director of college scouting during the 2025 offseason.

Before taking on his current responsibilities, Myers spent three years as the Eagles'
assistant director of college scouting (2022-25). He has held numerous college and pro scouting
positions within the team's personnel department since he joined the Eagles in 2013.

During Myers' tenure, Philadelphia has produced one of the NFL's most successful
stretches, earning eight playoff appearances while advancing to three Super Bowls (LII, LVII
and LIX), including capturing the Super Bowl LII (2017) and Super Bowl LIX (2024)
Championships.

Prior to Philadelphia, Myers spent seven years with the San Francisco 49ers (2005-11)
in various roles, including pro personnel scout.

He also worked as a scout with the CFL's Toronto Argonauts (2011-12) and the UFL's
Sacramento Mountain Lions (2012-13). Prior to that, he served as the director of player
personnel for the Kansas City Command of the AFL (2011-12), working alongside the late head
coach Danton Barto to construct the team's roster.

Additionally, Myers worked as a defensive line coach at Cabrillo College (2011-12), as
an assistant head coach/defensive coordinator for the San Jose Predators (2006) semi-pro
team and as the defensive coordinator and defensive line coach at Santa Cruz (CA) High
School (2001-05).

The Santa Cruz, CA, native earned a degree from San Jose State in recre¬ation with an
emphasis in leadership and administration.
