Philadelphia Eagles

Kevin Dougherty has been a member of the Philadelphia Eagles' video department for 24 seasons. He was named the team's director of video operations during the 2020 offseason and is responsible for assisting players and coaches in all aspects of video technology.

Prior to taking on his current title, Dougherty served as the video director from 2016-19. He originally joined the organization as a video intern in 2001 and was hired as a video assistant (2002-16), becoming the third full-time employee ever in the department.

In addition, Dougherty has served as one of two table representatives for the Eagles during 17 NFL Drafts (2003-19).

Dougherty is a native of Philadelphia, PA, and attended La Salle University, where he studied communication.
