Jerome Reid enters his 16th season working in the NFL as well as his eighth as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles. Reid was named the team's senior athletic trainer during the 2020 offseason.
In 2024, Reid helped lead an athletic training room that allowed Philadelphia to have 21 of 22 Week One starters available to play in Super Bowl LIX.
Prior to coming to Philadelphia, Reid spent four seasons (2014-17) as an assistant athletic trainer with the Tennessee Titans after working for Saint Thomas Hospital, where he assisted the Titans' staff. Reid was selected as the Joe Warden Professional Athletic Trainer of the Year by the Tennessee Athletic Trainers' Society in 2017.
Before moving to Nashville, Reid served as an athletic trainer at Hampton High School in Hampton, VA. He also had athletic training internships with the Miami Dolphins (2008) and Titans (2005-07).
Reid is a two-time graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in athletic training and his master's degree in health and movement sciences.
Reid and his wife, Nicole, have two sons, Jaden and Jaxon.
