Jeremy Gray was named the Philadelphia Eagles' director of player personnel during the
2026 offseason after serving as assistant director of player personnel during the 2024-25
campaigns. He originally joined the club's scouting department as the assistant director of pro
scouting in 2022.

appearances (LVII and LIX), with a victory over Kansas City, 40-22, in Super Bowl LIX.

Prior to his arrival in Philadelphia, Gray was the coordinator of college scouting for the
University of Arizona (2021-22) and was the director of NFL Combine training at Sports

that he worked as a graduate assistant at UCLA (2017-18), where he helped tutor the wide

Gray began his professional career working as a video intern with the Buffalo Bills in
2003. After two years with the Bills, he was hired by Washington as a football operations and
equipment intern.

A four-year letterman at SMU (2009-13), Gray played in 33 career games as a defensive
back. He earned a bachelor's degree in applied physiology and sport management and a
master's degree in sport management.

Gray, who is a native of Lubbock, TX, attended Briar Woods High School in Ashburn,
VA, where he played football and basketball.

Gray and his wife, Danielle, have two sons, Jett and Jude. His father, Jerry, currently
serves as the defensive passing game coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers.
