Biography
Jarrod Kilburn, who enters his fifth year with the Philadelphia Eagles, was promoted to assistant director of pro scouting during the 2025 offseason.
From 2022-25, Kilburn served as a college/pro scout after spending the 2021 campaign as an intern in the team's scouting department.
Before joining the Eagles, Kilburn worked as a production assistant for NFL Films (2019-21), where he studied the schemes and personnel of NFL clubs. He also spent time with the Las Vegas Raiders as a combine assistant during the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine.
From 2015-19, Kilburn served in various roles at the University of Miami (FL), working in football operations, player personnel and recruiting.
Kilburn originally began his scouting career with the Eagles. In 2012, he spent the summer as a pro scouting intern. In 2014, he returned as a pro personnel intern during training camp.
Kilburn attended John Carroll University (2010-13), where he was a three-year letterman at quarterback. He graduated from the Honors Program magna cum laude with a degree in political science.
A native of Meadville, PA, Kilburn attended Meadville Area High School where he played football and hockey.
