Grant Reiter enters his fourth season with the Philadelphia Eagles after being promoted to director of football administration during the 2026 offseason. In his current role, Reiter's responsibilities include the planning and execution of salary cap and resource allocation strategy, player acquisition and contract negotiation/structuring, Collective Bargaining Agreement compliance, and other aspects of roster transactions.

Reiter previously served as the football transactions coordinator in 2025 and football transactions associate in 2024 when the Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs to capture Super Bowl LIX. He also spent the 2023 campaign as a football administration and research/strategy assistant with the Cleveland Browns after originally joining the Eagles as a football transactions intern in the 2022 offseason.

Before entering the NFL, Reiter was the director of football research for The 33rd Team in 2021.

A native of Scarsdale, NY, Reiter graduated summa cum laude from Columbia with a bachelor's degree in philosophy and earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
