Biography

Frank Gumienny was named the Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2023 offseason. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer from 2012-23.

With more than two decades of experience with the Eagles, Gumienny manages the daily financial operations for the organization and Lincoln Financial Field. He oversees the accounting, ticketing, premium and guest services, information technology, and merchandising departments.

Gumienny plays an integral role in negotiating and contracting special events for Lincoln Financial Field. He has helped secure U2, Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift, Monster Jam, and numerous soccer matches involving major international clubs, such as Real Madrid, Manchester United, and the U.S. Men's and Women's national teams. Most recently, his commitment to delivering on world-class attractions for Lincoln Financial Field helped the City of Philadelphia win the 2026 World Cup bid.

Lincoln Financial Field has become one of the country's premier multi-purpose venues as a result of Gumienny's contributions.

Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer, Gumienny served as the Eagles' vice president of finance for four years after spending time as the director of finance, as well as the controller. He was originally hired by the organization as an accountant in 1998 after beginning his career as a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1994-97.

A native of Philadelphia, Gumienny attended Saint Joseph's University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1994.
