Duke Tobin, who enters his fourth year with the Philadelphia Eagles, was named the
Midlands Area scout during the 2025 offseason.

Prior to earning his current title, Tobin served as a scouting assistant in 2024, when the
Eagles captured the Super Bowl LIX Championship. In that capacity, he aided the team's pro
and college scouts with advance scouting reports, free agency processing and draft prospect
visits.

Tobin began his NFL career in Philadelphia as a player personnel associate in 2023,
focusing on pro day coordination, pro scouting operations and pre-draft preparation.
Before joining the Eagles, Tobin was a recruiting analyst with Northwestern's football
program in 2022, specializing in the recruiting, scouting and logistics of quarterbacks and
running backs.

A native of Cincinnati, OH, Tobin received his undergraduate degrees in
entrepreneurship and marketing from Dayton. He also obtained a graduate certificate in sports
analytics from Northwestern.
