Biography
Charles Walls enters his fifth season with the Philadelphia Eagles and 15th overall in the
NFL. During the 2024 offseason, Walls was promoted to vice president of player personnel after
originally joining the organization's scouting department as director of player personnel in 2022.
During his time with the Eagles, Walls has made contributions to two Super Bowl appearances (LVII and LIX), including Philadelphia's victory over Kansas City in Super Bowl LIX.
Prior to joining the Eagles, Walls spent time as a national scout for the Cleveland Browns (2020-22), where he was the primary crosschecker for college football's top prospects throughout the United States.
From 2013-20, Walls was a member of the Green Bay Packers' scouting department. After being hired as an intern in 2013, Walls advanced through the ranks as a scouting assistant (2014) and NFS scout (2015-17) before he eventually took over the Southwest region as an area scout in 2017.
