Ameena Soliman, who enters her fourth season with the Philadelphia Eagles, was promoted to pro scout during the 2021 offseason.
Soliman spent the previous two seasons (2019-20) as the Eagles' player personnel coordinator after originally joining the team's scouting department as a player personnel intern in 2018.
In 2020, Soliman was named a Scott Pioli & Family Fund recipient. The annual grant aims to promote the development, education and training of aspiring female football coaches and scouts who are pursuing careers in collegiate or professional football.
Prior to joining the Eagles, Soliman worked as a player personnel assistant with the NFL league office from 2017-18. In addition, Soliman served as a football operations and recruiting graduate assistant with Temple University during the 2017 season.
A native of Yardley, PA, Soliman graduated Summa Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree in finance and marketing and also earned a master's degree in sports business from Temple.
