Entering his second overall season with the Philadelphia Eagles, Parks Frazier was named the quarterbacks coach during the 2026 offseason. He originally joined the team as the passing game coordinator in 2025.
Frazier guided a passing attack in 2025 that helped quarterback Jalen Hurts garner Pro Bowl recognition after ranking third in the NFL in touchdown-to-interception ratio (4.2) and ninth in touchdown passes (career-high 25, tied). Wide receivers DeVonta Smith (1,008) and A.J. Brown (1,003) each surpassed the 1,000-yard receiving mark, while Dallas Goedert tied for the most receiving touchdowns (12) by a tight end in the NFL (also marked the most touchdown catches by a tight end in franchise history).
Frazier previously served as an offensive assistant with the Miami Dolphins in 2024. During his Dolphins tenure, he supported an operation that featured quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who led the league with a career-high completion percentage (72.9 pct.) while producing a 101.4 passer rating. In addition, Jonnu Smith earned his first career Pro Bowl selection after establishing team tight end records in receptions (88) and receiving yards (884), ranking fourth in the NFL at his position in each category.
As the passing game coordinator for the Carolina Panthers in 2023, Frazier helped quarterback Bryce Young, who was the No. 1-overall pick in the NFL Draft, in his first year of development. With Frazier's assistance, Young recorded 20-plus completions in eight straight games to start the season, marking the second-longest streak by a rookie in NFL history.
Frazier began his NFL coaching career with the Indianapolis Colts, where he spent five seasons (2018-22). He served two years as the assistant to the head coach (2018-19) before earning offensive quality control (2020), assistant quarterbacks (2021-22) and pass game specialist (2022) duties.
In 2022, Frazier called offensive plays for the second half of the season under interim head coach Jeff Saturday. During his tenure as the play caller, running back Jonathan Taylor won AFC Offensive Player of the Week for his 147-yard performance in the win over Las Vegas in Week 10. Furthermore, guard Quenton Nelson was selected to his fifth Pro Bowl.
Working with the Colts' quarterbacks in 2021, Frazier helped guide Carson Wentz to 27 touchdown passes against just seven interceptions with a 94.6 passer rating. Wentz finished with the third-lowest interception rate (1.4 pct.) and fourth-best touchdown-to-interception ratio (3.9) in the NFL.
Frazier assisted Nick Sirianni, who was Indianapolis' offensive coordinator, during the 2020 campaign. He helped the Colts rank ninth in points per game (28.2) while allowing the second-fewest sacks (21).
During his first two seasons with the Colts, Frazier provided assistance to head coach Frank Reich by preparing the weekly practice plan, call sheets and scripts, while also assisting with the scout team. In 2018, he supported a staff that made an appearance in the AFC Divisional Playoff.
From 2016-17, Frazier worked as an offensive graduate assistant at Arkansas State, where he helped the Red Wolves win eight of their final nine games en route to a Cure Bowl victory.
Frazier started his coaching career in the spring of 2015 as a defensive quality control coach at Samford. In the fall of 2015, he served as a quality control coach at Middle Tennessee State.
Frazier played quarterback for three seasons at Murray State (2012-14) following one year at Northeast Mississippi Community College (2011) and one season at Ole Miss (2010).
A native of Corinth, MS, Frazier graduated from Murray State with a degree in computer science and also received a master's degree in business administration from Arkansas State.
He and his wife have three children: two sons, Trace and Banks, and a daughter, Lila Kate.
