Training Camp Ending Early

Reid has cancelled Tuesday afternoon's walk-through and Wednesday's Mock Game, giving the players some time off before they leave on Wednesday afternoon to play Pittsburgh on Thursday night.

"It's great news," said tight end Brent Celek. "It's been a hard camp, but a really good camp. Having a chance to move and get settled a little bit is going to help us all out."

From a fans' standpoint, it means that the final practice of training camp is on Tuesday morning at 8:05 at Lehigh University. The team will then have Tuesday afternoon and night off before reporting to the airport to leave for Pittsburgh on Wednesday afternoon.

Players reported to training camp on Wednesday, July 27.

Thursday's 8 p.m. game in Pittsburgh will be broadcast nationally on FOX.
