QB Vick, WR Avant, WR Johnson

QB Michael Vick

On whether he feels bad for WR Jeremy Maclin, who was declared out for Sunday's game:"Yeah, I talked to Jeremy. I told him I just want him to get back to 100 percent. He wants to be out here. He wants to be a part of this game this weekend, but if his body's not going to allow him to do that then he can't do it. So, the most important thing is for him to get healthy."

On the opportunity to go to Arizona and come back the 3-0:"It's great. It's a great opportunity for us and we want to seize the moment. It's going to be a difficult task, going on the road, but you know, this is what it's all about. We're just going to enjoy it, man. Enjoy each and every Sunday and try to make the most out of it."

On whether it will be tougher for Jackson with Maclin out on Sunday:"Maybe so, but that's why we've got other guys out there who can step and make plays. We've got guys who are playmakers, so we look forward to that. We've got a lot of weapons that will be out there on the field and they've got a great defense, so it's going to be a great matchup."

On the value of WR Jason Avant as a receiver who has experience filling in:"It's great to have that veteran leadership, that experience. Jason will get out there and he'll get it done He's another leader for us and we depend on him."

WR Jason Avant

On how tough it is to play without WR Jeremy Maclin on Sunday:"I don't know what to say. We have a lot of guys that are capable and you know, it's hard. We saw the Giants go out there without (WR) Hakeem Nicks last night and play well, so that's what we're trying to do."

On whether losing Maclin will help the team's resolve and help them come together:"You have to. Every game is going to be different. There's going to be guys stepping in throughout the whole season. There's going to be different times where people go down. We have a lot of capable guys. That's why we go through training camp, so you can get everyone reps and be comfortable with those guys. Usually in this league, to make that 53-man roster, you are a good player. I think we have capable guys here to do it."

On the opportunity for other receivers to step in in Maclin's absence:"It's a great opportunity. You get chances to play in this league; you want to make the best of your opportunities. As I said with the Giants game last night, you see a backup running back come in [who] got waived seven times. It's a great story. It's a great opportunity to go out and play. We want to see Jeremy back, but we know we have capable guys and guys that are willing to go out and prepare hard and to make the best of the opportunity."

WR Damaris Johnson

On what it is like to have the responsibility of a bigger role in the offense with the absence of WR Jeremy Maclin:"It feels good just to be here, just to be in the NFL, just making plays. Just to be a part of the offense and just to be one of the key guys, one guy that everybody depends on, it just helps me out in the long run."

On whether he is nervous about having a bigger role on Sunday:"No, not really. Not nervous. I'm really excited."

On going from undrafted to playing a major role in his third NFL game:"Just coming in, I always thought I could play in this league. It's just something that I just have to go out and prove now. I have the reps to do it and I've just got to go out and make plays."
