The game will be nationally televised on FOX with Kevin Burkhardt (play-by-play) and Tom Brady (analyst) on the call and Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi on the sideline.

49ers vs. Eagles can be streamed locally on the FOX website and app.

Fans outside of the local markets can also stream the game on the league's exclusive video streaming subscription service – NFL+.
