What gets you remembered in this city are championships, and we have a shot at another one this year.

It's time, Philly. This is what we've been waiting for.

Two and a half months ago, I made the decision to come out of retirement. I had gone out on top, celebrating my second Super Bowl on Broad Street. I lived the fairytale ending.

But, when I had the chance to come back, I thought to myself, why pass on an opportunity at history?

When my career is finally over, no one will care about how it ended.

What gets you remembered in this city are championships, and we have a shot at another one this year. If I didn't think so, I wouldn't be here. I would have gone off into the sunset if I felt last year was our final chance.

But it wasn't.

I still have that fire inside, and I know this team has what it takes to make our goals a reality.

I've been in Philadelphia for 16 seasons, and I've seen the lows. The 4-12 season in 2012, heartbreak in the playoffs. Now, it's the golden era of Eagles football.

After living through it all, I couldn't walk away when the organization was at its best. These opportunities don't come around often.

The end goal is obvious … a return trip to the Art Museum steps. That road starts Sunday, playing in front of the best fans in the world.

Driving into the stadium, we see those massive tailgates. We feel the electricity of the Linc when it's packed, no matter the weather. You give us energy like no other place in the NFL.

Who knows what the future holds? All that matters is what you do with your opportunities, and this is one I couldn't pass up. The biggest moments are what we live for.

Well, the biggest moments are here, and there's only one thing to do.
