Defensive tackle Jalen Carter (heel) and left guard Landon Dickerson are both active after being listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings. Both Pro Bowlers missed last week's game against the Giants.

Wide receiver Xavier Gipson is active for the first time in his Eagles career. Gipson, who has experience as a returner, was claimed by the Eagles after their Week 3 game against the Rams.
Running back A.J. Dillon is inactive for the first time this season. Dillon has 12 carries for 60 yards on the season and fumbled against the Giants. The Eagles' active running backs are Saquon Barkley, Will Shipley, and Tank Bigsby.
With Grant Calcaterra out, the Eagles elevated tight end E.J. Jenkins from the practice squad. Jenkins, who had a touchdown grab last year, is set to make his season debut, adding depth to a tight end rotation that includes Dallas Goedert, Kylen Granson, and Cameron Latu, who is mostly playing fullback for Philadelphia.
Drew Kendall is inactive with the return of Dickerson. He made his NFL debut last week against the Giants.
Vikings Inactives
Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy (ankle) is officially inactive. Minnesota Head Coach Kevin O'Connell had already named Carson Wentz the starter against Philadelphia, but McCarthy was listed as questionable for the game.

The Vikings activated starting linebacker Blake Cashman off Injured Reserve on Saturday, and he will play for the first time since Minnesota's season opener. Cashman wears the green dot helmet for Brian Flores' defense.
Right tackle Brian O'Neill, who was questionable with a knee injury, is active for the Vikings. Starting center Michael Jurgens (hamstring) is active as well.
Van Ginkel, who has two sacks on the season, was ruled out on Friday. Rookie defensive lineman Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins (hip) will also miss Sunday's game.
