DT Antonio Dixon

On his weight: "My coach had me in boot camp down in Homestead (Fl.), so I'm at 325 right now."

On whether he is surprised he is back with the Eagles: "A little bit. I was surprised a little bit because you never know what changes or who'll call you. I'm really happy to be back though, to play with the Eagles again."

On what he was told when the team released him following training camp: "The system, the weight. They wanted me faster. But I know it's a business. I've seen a lot of people get cut; I was one of them. It's a business and you can't be mad for a long time. You've just got to get over it."

LB DeMeco Ryans

On whether he feels the defense is closer to getting things figured out: "We still have some things to work on. It's not where we want to be. It's not acceptable what we've done this year. We definitely expected better and wanted better, but it just didn't pan out that way."

On whether this season will linger in his system for a while or whether he will move on quickly: "I'll get it out. I've got to get it out, move on, press forward towards the next one."

On whether he takes any solace in the fact that he had a productive season: "It was an okay year for me. An okay year. I'm happy to be back and playing all three downs and being able to contribute to the team. It's a great group of guys. I've had fun out there this year. I just definitely wish we could have finished some of those games we were close in and play a lot smarter out there."

On whether he has any Pro Bowl expectations and what a Pro Bowl nod would mean to him: "If it happened, of course it's always great to be noticed as a top player in this league. But if it doesn't, it's not the end of it. Just continue to go back and continue to work and try to build and just continue to see how I can elevate my game even higher."

On how his play is affected by the possible absence of DT Fletcher Cox: "It doesn't. Fletcher's played great. He plays hard, hustles all the time. He's a good player. But it won't affect me much."

On how potential moves on the coaching staff would affect the players returning next season: "Every year's a new year, whether you have new coaches or not. Every year is new. Teams turn over a lot nowadays, so I just approach it like any other time. Of course, if there are changes, I don't know, but you have to roll with whatever's in front of you. I accept whatever's put out there in front of me and that's not going to stop me from trying to elevate my game and get better at what I need to do."

On what it would mean to end the season on a positive note with a win: "It would be good, but it doesn't justify anything. It doesn't make this season any better. It still a disappointing year, but it would be positive just to end on a winning note. That would be good."

WR Jason Avant

On what he expects from QB Michael Vick this week: "A guy that's hungry to play. When you're not in there for a while and you want to be playing and you don't have an opportunity, I'm pretty sure he's going to be hungry for it. We're going to go out and play as well as we can with him and try to do everything we can to make the game easier for him."

On whether he cherishes the role of potentially knocking the Giants out of the playoff picture: "We don't really care about records when it comes to playing the Giants and teams in our division. Just in general, we're playing this game for the love of it and also, just being professionals. So, every time we go out there, we try to play as hard as we can. It's going to make it much more sweeter playing against the Giants."

On whether he looks back on this season and tries to see where things went wrong for the team: "No. I try to tank everything that's happened so far and focus on the job ahead. I think being a football player, you learn how to do those things over the years and you try to have tunnel vision. Don't listen to any criticism. Just focus on your job."

On what was different with the team in the first meeting against the Giants in Week 4 compared to now: "I don't think it was too much of a difference. Guys are playing hard. It's just that, in a lot of those situations, we overcame a lot of turnovers and if you continue to do the same behavior, eventually it catches up with you. We were very fortunate to win those first couple games, but like anytime else, it's always going to get you in the end. You can dodge it for a while, but that's the biggest difference, as far as just protecting the football and being able to get stops. We haven't been able to do that consistently and that's why we are where we are."

WR Jeremy Maclin

On QB Michael Vick's return to action Sunday: "I'm pretty sure he's been anxious to get back out there and play football again. We know we've got a job to do: go out there and win the game."

On what it would mean for the team to end the season on a positive note: "It would be big for us, considering what we've been through this year, not living up to expectations and not having the kind of season that we all thought before the season started. But to go out on a positive note would be pretty cool."

On what he can take away from this season: "It tested you. The fact that guys are still out there; the positive you can take from it, guys are still out there trying, still out there going hard. That's the one thing that you can take from it. But one thing we definitely learned from it is you can't turn over the football. That's for starters. Penalties and injuries definitely can hurt a team. But I'm always the first one to say that it's the NFL, so when a guy goes down, somebody else has to step in. That's pretty much our season wrapped up."

On how he would characterize his season, individually: "It's been frustrating as well. One, because I feel like I didn't do enough to help my team be successful. That's kind of how I look at it. I've heard about everything that I've done over the first four years, but you'd trade all that to be playing in the postseason."

On why he believes his numbers have gone up over the last four games: "Just being reliable. When (QB) Nick (Foles) has come to me, I've been in the right spot. I'm trying to help my team win."

DT Cullen Jenkins

On how much knocking the Giants out of the playoffs has come into the picture this week: "It's not – if you are thinking about things that can get you motivated, certainly you could find that as being one of them. Certainly, it being the Giants and one win in the last game of the season (are motivating factors). They're going to come out fired up and want to get us back, but what better way to end the season than to get a win against the Giants."

On QB Michael Vick getting one last start to end the year: "You gotta love it. With Mike, he has played for a while in his career, he's made a lot of money, and he could very easily just be like he doesn't want to play anymore and just look forward to next season. The fact that he wants to get back out there, he still wants to play, and wants to play for this team definitely inspires you and should inspire everybody on the team."

On how much head coach Andy Reid is on his mind as he goes through the last week of the season: "A lot. Andy had a hand in bringing everybody here in. Obviously, he put faith in us and had a lot of trust in us. We haven't been able to live up to the expectations of the coaches or the fans. We still have to try and give whatever else we can give right now. The only thing we can do is to try and get a win in the last game."

On what he remembers most about the first Giants game this season: "I remember it being a very tight game, a battle. It came down to that very last field goal at the end. Shoot, we were a little bit away from not winning that game. We were able to pull it out and came away with that win. We expect this one to be the same way."

On his evaluation of DT Fletcher Cox's rookie season: "I think he progressed a lot. From when he started, he was just trying to learn a lot and he wasn't even starting in the beginning. He was in a reserve role and trying to learn. He's really picked up well and he's a smart kid and a talented kid. I think it's been showing in his play as of late."

S Kurt Coleman

On what happened to the team since it was 3-1 after the first matchup with the Giants: "We had a few losses (and) injuries. It's been a roller coaster season. It's been a struggle for us just to maintain our consistency as far as staying positive in situations. The season has not gone the way any of us wanted it to go but we've been fighting every week. It's just been little things that (have come) back to bite us, whether it be turnovers or a missed play on defense that goes for a big play. It's just been a frustrating season with the expectations we put on ourselves. We have to finish this season strong."

On at what point this season did he realize the team was in trouble: "I thought we still had a shot (for most of the year) because when we played Washington I think we were both 3-6 and we could have been (in the same position that they are now). Everybody was talking, 'Hey, we win our games and we're in the exact position they are in.' So that's really what we felt was the game we needed to take and we didn't come out of there (with a win). It's been a frustrating season. We'll just continue to fight and work for something next year."

On whether the season was frustrating because of the way games were lost or because of the talent level in the locker room: "It's everything. I think this is a very talented team. Obviously, when you lose your All-Pro left tackle before the season even starts, then you lose an up-and-coming Pro Bowler in (C Jason) Kelce, that hurt our offensive line a lot. Not to make any excuses, this team is talented even without those guys to make wins and make a push for these playoffs. We had our shots and we didn't get it done offensively, didn't get it done defensively and we haven't gotten it done on special teams. It's been a collective group where we haven't put everything together for the whole game. We've had spurts where it looks nice but consistently we haven't done it."

On whether Reid deserves to leave with a win if this is his last game as the team's head coach: "I don't want to speak anything into fruition but we're going to continue to fight. Coach has given us so much. To go through what he's gone through and to continue to fight for us, we're not going to stop fighting for him. That's not what's going to happen. We're going to prepare (because) we want to get this one bad. We really do. I don't want to say this is going to be his last game. I hope it's not so I just want to finish this season strong and hope for the best."
