Join us for "Run the Steps," presented by Independence Blue Cross.
Returning for its second year, this fitness event gives fans the chance to conquer the steps of Lincoln Financial Field while working out alongside fellow Eagles fans. Runners of all skill levels are welcome! Cross the finish line with a commemorative medal, snap photos with Swoop and Eagles Cheerleaders, and experience a workout with a fun Eagles twist.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

9:00 AM – Experienced Group (25 minutes)

For experienced runners seeking a challenge. Run every section of the lower bowl in just 25 minutes. This experience is more of an intense, non-stop workout.

9:30 AM – Intermediate Group (35 minutes)

Perfect for those looking to push themselves while balancing effort and recovery. Run the entire lower bowl, alternating between running and walking each section. Finish in 35 minutes.

10:00 AM – Beginner Group (45 minutes)

Designed for beginners or those who prefer to break a sweat while keeping a more relaxed pace. Run the lower bowl at your own speed with a goal to finish in 45 minutes.
