The Eagles organization gathered at FDR Park in South Philadelphia near the team's headquarters and stadium to plant trees in commemoration of Earth Day.

Tuesday marked the 50th anniversary of the founding of Ronald McDonald House Charities! The Eagles, who helped inspire the first Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia, celebrated with dinner and a game night. Eagles players Oren Burks, Cooper DeJean, Tanner McKee, and Ben VanSumeren were joined by the Eagles Cheerleaders and SWOOP.

October 15 marks the 50th anniversary of the first Ronald McDonald House, which opened on Spruce Street in Philadelphia thanks to a collaboration between the Eagles and McDonald's. Now, there are more than 375 Ronald McDonald Houses around the world.

Eagles players Nakobe Dean and Jordan Davis were joined by SWOOP and the Eagles Cheerleaders at a South Philadelphia McDonald's restaurant on Friday to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Ronald McDonald House Charities. Now through the end of the season, $1 will be donated to the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House for every Eagles Bundle Box purchased at participating McDonald's locations.

The service event, in partnership with 9/11 Day and AmeriCorps, was held in observance of the federally recognized September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance and as part of the Eagles Community Tuesday initiative.
