Westbrook, Curtis Ruled Out

Head coach Andy Reid has ruled out running back Brian Westbrook and receiver Kevin Curtis for Sunday night's game in Chicago.

Westbrook is meeting with a concussion specialists in Pittsburgh Wednesday and undergoing tests that could ultimately determine his future this season and beyond. Curtis, meanwhile, continues to rehab his knee.

Rookie LeSean McCoy, as he did earlier this year, will replace Westbrook in the starting lineup.

In other injury news ...

  • Left tackle Jason Peters, though not 100 percent, according to Reid, practiced Wednesday.
  • Those who did not practice include cornerback Sheldon Brown (hamstring), safety Macho Harris (eye infection), safety Quintin Demps (ankle) and linebacker Akeem Jordan (knee hyperextension).
