Cornerback Jaylen Watkins is active for the Eagles this afternoon. It will be the fourth time this season that Watkins is active. The rookie cornerback made his debut in Week 3, the first time the Eagles faced off against Washington, Week 6 against the New York Giants, and Week 9 against the Houston Texans.
Linebacker Trent Cole is inactive after undergoing hand surgery on Wednesday. Linebacker Brandon Graham will start in his place, Graham's first start since 2012.
Quarterback Nick Foles, offensive lineman Julian Vandervelde, offensive lineman Dennis Kelly, wide receiver Jeff Maehl, defensive end Taylor Hart, safety Jerome Couplin III are also inactive.
For Washington, left tackle Trent Williams is officially active Saturday.
Starting defensive end Jason Hatcher is inactive, as are running back Roy Helu, Jr., cornerback Kenny Okoro, linebacker Gabe Miller, linebacker Keenan Robinson, guard Josh LeRibeus, and wide receiver Leonard Hankerson.
