Vick Practices, Could Be Active Sunday

Head coach Andy Reid said Friday that Michael Vick "will be up" on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, though he's not yet sure if Vick will be the No. 2 or No. 3 quarterback behind Kevin Kolb. Reid added that he's confident Vick will be fully healthy when the Eagles come back from next week's bye week in preparation for their Week 8 game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Reid also officially ruled out wide receiver DeSean Jackson, offensive tackle Jason Peters and defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley. Defensive end Brandon Graham missed practice Thursday with an illness, but practiced Friday and will play Sunday.
