Vick, McCoy Ruled Out For Thursday

The Eagles have officially ruled out quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy for Thursday night's game against the Bengals.

Both players returned to the practice field this week after suffering concussions - Vick in Week 10 vs. Dallas and McCoy one week later in Washington. Nick Foles is the starter at quarterback regardless, but Bryce Brown will make his fourth straight start in place of McCoy.

Safety Kurt Coleman was also ruled out due to a chest injury. Colt Anderson will start in his place for the second straight week.

The Eagles had already ruled out tight end Brent Celek (concussion) and defensive tackle Mike Patterson (illness) on Monday. Clay Harbor will start at tight end. The Eagles have yet to make a roster move regarding the tight end position since Harbor is currently the only one who will play. Head coach Andy Reid indicated on Tuesday that Emil Igwenagu could be promoted from the practice squad.

Running back Chris Polk is questionable with a toe sprain. He has missed the past five games due to the injury.

Seven players are listed on the injury report as probable: safety Nate Allen (shoulder), cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha (neck, quad), fullback Stanley Havili (ankle), linebacker Mychal Kendricks (shoulder), wide receiver Jeremy Maclin (groin), guard Evan Mathis (ankle) and center Dallas Reynolds (ankle).
