Vick Inactive Vs. Redskins

Quarterback Michael Vick, who was named the team's third quarterback earlier in the week, is out for Sunday's game. Head coach Andy Reid said Wednesday that he wanted to ease Vick back from his concussion. Trent Edwards will continue to be the primary backup.

LeSean McCoy will start against the Redskins, though Reid said he will closely monitor his star running back's workload. Rookie Bryce Brown figures to again receive significant playing time Sunday. With Stanley Havili and Chris Polk out with injuries, the versatile Emil Igwenagu will get the nod at fullback. With Clay Harbor added to the injured reserve list Tuesday, Igwenagu may also see time at tight end.

And speaking of tight end, the Eagles will have a slightly different look at the position Sunday. Brent Celek is active, as is Evan Moore, formerly of the Seahawks and Browns. At 6-6 and 250 pounds, Moore provides another big target for quarterback Nick Foles. Moore signed with the Eagles Thursday, but has extensive experience working in a similar system in Cleveland.

Also out for the Eagles are: wide receiver Salas, offensive tackle Kopa, defensive end Darryl Tapp and right guard Danny Watkins.

For the Redskins, quarterback Robert Griffin III is active and will likely start. Griffin III suffered a knee injury Week 14 and missed last Sunday's game. Right tackle Tyler Polumbus, who suffered a concussion in the Redskins' game against the Browns last week, is out. He will be replaced by Maurice Hurt. Despite a partially torn MCL in his left knee, Redskins center Will Montgomery will start. Return specialist and wide receiver Brandon Banks is also out.

Also out for the Redskins are: wide receiver Dezmon Briscoe, guard Adam Gettis, quarterback Rex Grossman, linebacker Roddrick Muckelroy and linebacker Vic So'oto.
