Tobin Active, Gardner Starting Sunday

Guard Matt Tobin is active, but guard Andrew Gardner will start at right guard for the Eagles against the Titans Sunday afternoon.

Tobin suffered a concussion in the waning minutes of the Eagles' Week 11 loss to the Packers, and missed Wednesday's training session. Gardner took first-team reps all week in preparation of possibly starting this afternoon, which he will.

Gardner played at left guard in relief of Evan Mathis in the season opener, and has started at right tackle for a pair of games earlier this year.

He played right guard for a couple of series against the Texans in relief of Todd Herremans.

Inactive for the Eagles are quarterback Nick Foles, cornerback Roc Carmichael, cornerback Jaylen Watkins, center Julian Vandervelde, tackle/guard Dennis Kelly, wide receiver Jeff Maehl, and defensive end Taylor Hart.
