Patriot Games ... The Eagles came back from a 14-0 deficit to defeat the Patriots in New England for the first time since 1987 ... Coming into the game, the Patriots were 25-3 at home in the month of December since opening Gillette Stadium in 2002 ... According to Football Outsiders, the Patriots were 94-0 at home since 2001 when leading a game by eight or more points ... The Eagles are 7-1 in their last eight games against the AFC.

Sam's Club ... QB Sam Bradford threw two touchdowns en route to a 99.3 quarterback rating, marking the first time in his career that has exceeded a rating of 99 in three straight games ... Over his last three starts, Bradford has completed 57 of 85 passes (67.1) for 651 yards, four touchdowns, no interceptions and a 105.6 rating ... The Eagles are 5-2 in the last seven games that Bradford started and finished ... Bradford has a 106.2 rating against AFC foes since 2013 (five games).

Sprole Train ... RB Darren Sproles scored an 83-yard punt return touchdown, the sixth-longest in team history and the second-longest of his career. It was his second PR-TD of the season, and the fourth of his Eagles career, tying DeSean Jackson for the most in team history ... Sproles is one of just three Eagles players (Jackson, Brian Westbrook) to have multiple punt return TDs in the same season and he's the only one to do it twice (2014 and 2015) ... Sproles has three 80-plus yard returns in the last two years ... His seven career punt return touchdowns are tied for seventh in NFL history ... Altogether, Sproles racked up 215 all-purpose yards against the Patriots, including 115 punt return yards, which is the second-highest single-game total in team history, trailing only Alvin Haymond's 140 yards on 10/6/68 at Washington ... Sproles is the only player in NFL history with at least 25 receiving touchdowns (28), 15 rush touchdowns (18) and five punt return touchdowns (7).

Return to Sender ... The Eagles scored three total return touchdowns against the Patriots (blocked punt return, punt return, interception return) ... Over the last two years, the Eagles are the only team to score via blocked punt and punt return in the same game, and they have done so twice (Week 4 at SF in 2014), and they also had interception return touchdowns in both of those games ... LB Najee Goode scored his second-career touchdown after scooping up a blocked punt (S Chris Maragos) and returning it 24 yards into the end zone, marking the second-longest blocked punt TD in team history ... In the history of the franchise, the Eagles have scored 11 touchdowns via blocked punt returns. Four of those have come in the last two seasons ... Also, four of the 11 blocked punt touchdowns over the last two years have been scored by the Eagles ... Coming into the game, the Patriots had gone 97 consecutive contests without allowing a blocked punt touchdown ... S Malcolm Jenkins also scored on a 99-yard interception return, tying for the third-longest in team history and the longest since Lito Sheppard's 102-yarder on 10/8/06 vs. Dallas ... The Eagles have three pick sixes this year, which is their highest total in a season since having three in 2009 and four in 2006 ... It was the fourth INT-TD of Jenkins' career and his second as an Eagle ... Since 2014, the Eagles lead the league with 14 total return touchdowns, six kick/punt return scores, and five blocked punts.

Brady Crunch ... The defense sacked Patriots QB Tom Brady four times, including two each by LBs Connor Barwin and Brandon Graham ... It was the first time any Eagle has sacked Brady twice in the same game and the second-highest sack total of the year against the Patriots ... Barwin has seven career multi-sack games. He has 5.5 on the season and 25.0 as an Eagle ... Graham has a career-high 6.5 on the season and 4.5 in the last five games. He has six career multi-sack games ... CB Byron Maxwell intercepted Brady in the end zone, his second pick of the season and the eighth of his career ... Coming into the game, the Eagles had never intercepted Brady or held him below a passer rating of 90, but they were able to intercept him twice and hold him to a 51.8 completion percentage and a 71.4 rating. His completion percentage was the third-lowest in his career with 40 or more attempts ... Coming into the game, Brady had thrown just four interceptions all season. He had also thrown multiple picks in a game just twice since 2013 and just 10 times at home in his entire career.

Offensive Quick Hits ... TE Zach Ertz caught his first touchdown of the season, becoming the ninth different Eagle to score via reception, the most by an Eagles team since also featuring nine in 2011 ... WR Jordan Matthews scored his fourth touchdown of the season and his second in as many games. Matthews' 128 receptions are the most ever by an Eagles receiver in his first two seasons and his 12 touchdowns are tied for second with Reggie Brown, behind only Jeremy Maclin's 14.

Birdseed ... WR Jonathan Krause made his first-career reception in his NFL debut ... LS Jon Dorenbos played in his 145th consecutive game, passing Jon Runyan for fourth on the Eagles all-time list.
