Successful Surgery For Allen

The Philadelphia Eagles today announced that safety Nate Allen underwent successful surgery to repair his ruptured right patella tendon. The surgery was performed by team physician Peter DeLuca of the Rothman Institute in Philadelphia. Allen was injured in last Sunday's game in New York and was placed on the Injured Reserve list earlier Tuesday.
