Stacy Andrews Among Eagles' Inactives

For the second week in a row, offensive lineman Stacy Andrews is among the eight inactive players for the Eagles. A "healthy scratch," Andrews is still recovering from off-season knee surgery.

Three injured Eagles are inactive; running back Brian Westbrook (concussion), wide receiver Kevin Curtis (knee) and linebacker Akeem Jordan (kyper-extended knee).

Kevin Kolb is once again listed as the emergency third quarterback. Joining Kolb on the inactive list are cornerback Geoffrey Pope, offensive lineman Mike McGlynn and running back P.J. Hill.

UPDATE: The Redskins will be without four starters against the Eagles. Running back Clinton Portis is out, he will be replaced by Roclk Cartwright. Tight End Chris Cooley, defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth and cornerback De'Angelo Hall are also out for the Redskins.

The other inactives for the Redskins are: quarterback Richart Bartell (third quarterback), linebacker Robert Henson, defensive end Renaldo Wynn and offensive lineman Paul Fanaika.
