The Eagles announced on Monday that they re-signed seven of their practice squad players to reserve/future contracts. Last year, two of the practice squad players who were brought back made key contributions to the team in running back Kenjon Barner and safety Ed Reynolds.

Barner gained 124 yards on 28 carries in 10 games of action. Reynolds, meanwhile, was added midway through the season. In the final six games, the Eagles utilized Reynolds in the nickel and dime subpackages. Reynolds recorded his first career interception in the win over Buffalo.

Here is a look at the seven players re-signed by the Eagles on Monday:

T Brett Boyko - Signed with the Eagles in 2015 as a rookie free agent out of UNLV. Backup left tackle in the preseason. Started 42 games for the Rebels during his career and earned second-team All-Mountain West Conference honors as a senior in 2014, splitting the season at both left guard and left tackle.

G Malcolm Bunche - Signed with the Eagles in 2015 as a rookie free agent out of UCLA where he started nine games for UCLA in 2014 after spending the first four seasons of his career at the University of Miami. Father, Curtis Bunche, was a seventh-round draft choice of the Philadelphia Eagles in the 1979 NFL Draft. The younger Bunche was a reserve right guard in the preseason.

LB Brandon Hepburn - Originally joined the Eagles in 2014 as a member of the practice squad. He was with the team in Training Camp this past season, but was waived/injured following an abdominal injury. He re-joined the team late in the 2015 campaign. Hepburn entered the league as a seventh-round pick of the Detroit Lions in 2013 and spent his first year in the NFL on their practice squad. With the Eagles, Hepburn was primarily an inside linebacker, but had been trained at outside linebacker during Training Camp due to injuries.

WR Freddie Martino - The wide receiver spent time on the Falcons' active roster in his rookie season of 2014. He joined the Eagles in the middle of 2015 Training Camp and had a 45-yard touchdown reception in the preseason finale before landing on the practice squad for the entire season.

RB Kevin Monangai - Monangai was a tryout player during the rookie mini-camp and earned a spot on the Training Camp roster. He gained 126 yards and scored a touchdown in the preseason. A four-year letterman at Villanova, Kevin Monangai appeared in 45 games for the Wildcats, finishing his career with 3,167 rushing yards and 29 touchdowns on 618 carries while adding 274 receiving yards and five touchdowns on 38 career receptions.

NT Travis Raciti - A reserve nose tackle in Training Camp for the Eagles, Raciti signed as a rookie free agent out of San Jose State in 2015. He had 12 tackles and a sack in the preseason. He joined the practice squad after the season opener against Atlanta.

LB Deontae Skinner - A member of the New England Patriots' practice squad when the team won Super Bowl XLIX, Skinner played in seven games and started one while bouncing back and forth between the active roster and the practice squad in 2014. He signed with the Eagles midway through Training Camp to provide depth at inside linebacker. He led the team with 15 tackles in the preseason and spent the entire year on the practice squad.
