The Eagles are without two of their starting three wide receivers Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks as both Nelson Agholor (knee) and Alshon Jeffery (ankle) are out due to injury. Both players were questionable heading into today's game.
Here is a full look at the players who are inactive for the Eagles against the Seahawks:
WR Nelson Agholor: Injured his knee in the fourth quarter last Sunday against New England. The Eagles promoted Greg Ward from the practice squad to the active roster on Saturday. Ward can play in the slot as well as on special teams. Jordan Matthews can line up in the slot as well. The Eagles also have J.J. Arcega-Whiteside and Mack Hollins active at wide receiver.
G Nate Herbig: The rookie free agent interior lineman has been inactive all season.
RB Jordan Howard: Head coach Doug Pederson said on Friday that Howard had not yet been cleared for contact from a shoulder injury that he incurred in the Week 9 win over the Bears. Miles Sanders is the lead running back. Jay Ajayi is in the lineup after a full week of practice. Boston Scott is also active, plus he's the primary return specialist.
WR Alshon Jeffery: Jeffery was limited in practice this week for the first time since suffering an ankle injury against the Bears in Week 9.
DE Shareef Miller: The Eagles will have six defensive ends active today to contend with Seattle's elusive quarterback Russell Wilson.
T Lane Johnson: The All-Pro tackle suffered a concussion in the second quarter of last Sunday's game against New England. Rookie Andre Dillard starts at right tackle. Halapoulivaati Vaitai will be the backup tackle on both sides. The good news for the Eagles is that All-Pro defensive end Jadeveon Clowney is out for the Seahawks,
QB Nate Sudfeld: The Eagles go with just two active quarterbacks in Carson Wentz and Josh McCown.
