Well, we know why Rashad Baker isn't at practice on Tuesday. He was released. The Eagles have signed in his place rookie free agent Brandon Harrison, a safety from Michigan who was in camp with the Indianapolis Colts. He is on the practice field wearing No. 45, with no name on the back yet.
