Free-agent RB Frank Gore has told people he will sign this week with the Philadelphia Eagles, league sources told me and @caplannfl.
Earlier on Sunday, NJ.com's Eliot Shorr-Parks reported that the Eagles were showing interest in running back Frank Gore. Later in the afternoon, ESPN's Adam Schefter and Adam Caplan added that the two sides hope to officially sign a deal on Tuesday when free agency officially begins.
Caplan explained why Gore would be a good fit with the Eagles.
