The 6-0, 201-pound Woods was a first-team All-America selection in 2011 and followed that stellar season with 74 catches for 849 yards and 11 touchdowns last year for the Trojans. In three seasons, Woods had 32 touchdown catches.
In his latest rankings, Tony Pauline of DraftInsider.net moved Woods from No. 9 among this year's receiver class all the way to No. 3 behind Tennessee's Cordarrelle Patterson and West Virginia's Tavon Austin.
Woods has been projected to go either late in the first round or early in the second round.
