ESPN's Chris Mortensen is reporting that Kelly will not be the next head coach of the Cleveland Browns. According to Mortensen, the Browns are moving on with their coaching search "without Kelly in the fold."

Meanwhile, the Cleveland Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot is reporting that Kelly is leaning toward returning to Oregon rather than joining the Eagles. Sports Illustrated's Peter King is also reporting that Kelly's decision will come down to either Oregon or the Eagles.

The Eagles are continuing their head coaching search. The team’s brass is meeting with Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy on Sunday.
