According to Oregonlive.com, University of Oregon defensive lineman Taylor Hart, who played under Chip Kelly with the Ducks, had an early April meeting scheduled with the Eagles. The article, which is written from Hart's perspective, states that the Eagles are the only team to set up a visit with Oregon's co-MVP from the 2013 season.

"It was obviously cool to see (Philadelphia coaches Chip Kelly and Jerry Azzinaro) again at the combine, it had been a while but it will be nice to go out and see them again," Hart wrote. "It's nice to always know the head coach and the defensive line coach pretty well, so I don't know if it makes it easier but it's nice to see them again. It's meeting a lot of other coaches, too, so it's just nice to have them be the first one."

Weighing in at 6-foot-6, 281 pounds at the NFL combine, Hart's size and strength would surely help any defensive front line. According to NFL.com, Hart is projected to be a mid-round pick. In 2013, he finished fourth on the Ducks with 75 total tackles. He was also second on the team with 3.5 sacks.
