Running back Martell Mallett, who joined the Eagles during the 2010 offseason and spent the first two weeks of the season on the team's practice squad, was added to the practice squad again Wednesday. Mallett takes the place of running back Joique Bell, who was signed to the New Orleans Saints' active roster.
Mallett also spent time on the Cleveland Browns' practice squad this season, a year after winning the Canadian Football League's Most Outstanding Rookie award.
