The Eagles filled the vacant spot on the practice squad Tuesday morning with the signing of quarterback G.J. Kinne, who spent the 2013 offseason with the Eagles. With Nick Foles recovering from a concussion and Mike Vick working his way back from a hamstring injury, Kinne joins rookie Matt Barkley as the only fully healthy quarterback on the roster.

Originally undrafted out of Tulsa, Kinne, 6-foot-2, 220 pounds, spent time during his rookie season with the New York Jets before joining the Eagles last February. In his lone preseason appearance for the Eagles, Kinne completed 2-of-2 passes for 60 yards.

At Tulsa, Kinne threw for 9,472 yards and 81 touchdowns while running for 1,365 yards and 15 touchdowns.
