According to numerous reports, it appears as if a new Collective Bargaining Agreement could be agreed upon within several days. But it's not quite over, as Albert Breer of NFL.com adds that the owners and players will meet again this Monday (July 18) or Tuesday (July 19). Once a deal is agreed to, the next step would be a vote from both sides' constituents to ratify the agreement. From there, it would be a very short time before football activity would begin.

With that in mind, Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News writes that the odds of an Eagles training camp taking place at Lehigh, per usual, are increasingly looking very good.

With regard to a hypothetical free agency period, reports are that teams will have a window of time to re-sign their own free agents. Philly.com takes a look which players will be involved in that decision-making process for the Eagles.

Which current Eagle is most poised to be a league superstar three years from now? In lieu of DeSean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin and Nate Allen, Dan Graziano of ESPN.com tabbed LeSean McCoy as his Eagles future star. Tough to argue with a 23-year-old running back who was fourth in the NFL in yards from scrimmage in 2010.
