The Eagles beat the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday 43-25 in a wild back-and-forth affair to clinch the NFC East title and reclaim the best record in the NFC with just three games remaining. John Gonoude from the Eagles' media relations department compiled these notes from the win.

NFC EAST CHAMPIONS

• Philadelphia has clinched its 10th NFC East title and 25th all-time postseason appearance. The last time the Eagles clinched the division crown in Week 14 or earlier was in 2004 (clinched in Week 12).

All-Time NFC East Titles: 2017, 2013, 2010, 2006, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001, 1988, 1980

All-Time Postseason Appearances: 2017, 2013, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2006, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000, 1996, 1995, 1992, 1990, 1989, 1988, 1981, 1980, 1979, 1978, 1960, 1949, 1948, 1947

• Philadelphia has improved to 11-2 or better through 13 games for just the third time in franchise history, having previously done so in 2004 (12-1) and 1980 (11-2).

POINT PRODUCTION

• Philadelphia's NFL-leading 404 points are the club's most through 13 games in franchise history. The Eagles have registered 11 games with 25+ points, 8 games with 30+ points (have done so in 6 of their last 7 games overall) and 2 games with 40+ points this season.

• Since 2000, only three NFL teams have scored 400+ points while allowing no more than 250 points through 13 games: 2017 Eagles (404-250), 2015 Panthers (411-243) and 2007 Patriots (503-222).

• Philadelphia has produced a +150 point differential (+154) through 13 games for just the 3rd time in team history, having previously done so in 2004 (+162) and 1980 (+159).

WENTZ SETS NEW EAGLES RECORD

• Carson Wentz has established a new single-season franchise record with a career-high 33 passing TDs, breaking the previous mark of 32 set by Sonny Jurgensen in 1961.

• Wentz's 33 passing TDs are tied with Daunte Culpepper in 2000 (33) for the 4th-most ever by an NFL QB in his first or second year, behind Dan Marino in 1984 (48), Kurt Warner in 1999 (41) and Blake Bortles in 2015 (35).

• Wentz (33-7) is just the third QB in NFL history to throw 33+ TDs and no more than 7 INTs through 13 games, joining Tom Brady in 2015 (33-6) and 2007 (45-5) and Aaron Rodgers in 2014 (35-3) and 2011 (39-6).

• Wentz has recorded the 2nd-most 4+ passing TD games (4) in Eagles single-season history, trailing only Donovan McNabb in 2004 (5). Wentz's 6 games with 3+ passing TDs are tied with Norm Snead in 1967 for the most such games in Eagles single-season history.

• Wentz has thrown 1+ TD and no more than 1 INT in 15 consecutive games, which is tied for the 6th-longest streak by an NFL QB since 1950, trailing only Matt Ryan (21 games, 12/20/15-9/17/17), Aaron Rodgers (19 games, 12/26/10-9/13/12), Vinny Testaverde (19 games, 11/30/97-9/17/00), Steve Young (17 games, 10/9/94-10/15/95) and Trent Green (16 games, 11/1/98-11/26/00).

FOLES LEADS COMEBACK

• Nick Foles relieved an injured Carson Wentz and engineered his 7th career game-winning drive and 6th career fourth-quarter comeback. Foles finished the game 6-of-10 for 42 yards.

TOUCHDOWNS BY TIGHT ENDS

• Despite missing Zach Ertz on Sunday, tight ends accounted for 3 of Philadelphia's 4 receiving TDs. Each of those 3 TDs came during the first half when the Eagles scored 21 unanswered points on 3 consecutive scoring drives.

• Trey Burton, who now has a career-high 4 receiving TDs this season, caught TDs of 20 and 11 yards to record his first career multi-TD game. Burton became the first undrafted Eagle with 2+ receiving TDs in a single game since Greg Lewis on 11/25/07 at New England (2 TDs). Burton finished the game with a career-high 71 receiving yards.

• Brent Celek caught his 31st career TD on a 5-yard pass from Carson Wentz in the first quarter to tie the game, 7-7, marking his first receiving TD since 11/26/15 at Detroit (2-yard TD).

MORE FROM THE GAME

• Alshon Jeffery caught a 2-yard TD from Carson Wentz in the third quarter to put the Eagles on top by a 31-28 score. Jeffery now leads the Eagles with 8 receiving TDs, his most in a single season since catching a career-high 10 TDs with Chicago in 2014. Jeffery has now combined for 6 receiving TDs in his last 6 games.

• Brandon Graham sealed the victory with a 16-yard fumble recovery TD, which was the first score of his NFL career. The last time Graham scored a TD was when he returned a blocked punt for a TD vs. Delaware State (10/17/09) while playing collegiately at Michigan.

• Jake Elliott converted 3-of-3 FG attempts from 22, 41 and 33 yards (his 33-yard FG gave the Eagles a 37-35 advantage with just 3:45 remaining in the game). Elliott, who now has 100 points this season, has converted the 2nd-most 40+ yard FGs (16) in Eagles single-season history, trailing only David Akers in 2004 (17).

• Torrey Smith caught 6 passes for a season-high 100 yards (16.7 avg.) in Sunday's win, marking his first 100+ yard game since 9/20/15 at Pittsburgh with San Francisco (120 yards).
