As the Eagles begin their mandatory minicamp Tuesday morning, 87 of the 90 players on the roster are in attendance at the NovaCare Complex. Defensive tackle Isaac Sopoaga has been excused by head coach Chip Kelly because of a recent death in the family and a pair of rookies, second-round tight end Zach Ertz and seventh-round cornerback Jordan Poyer, are still not allowed to participate per NFL rules.

Aside from the initial rookie minicamp, rookies are prohibited from participating in offseason activities prior to their school's graduation date. Both Stanford and Oregon State have graduation dates in mid-June.
