Miles Sanders returns to practice as a full participant

The rookie running back was true to his word.

On Wednesday, Miles Sanders told reporters that he would practice on Thursday. Sanders exited Sunday's win over Buffalo early with a shoulder injury and the team decided to rest him, but he was a full participant on Thursday.

"I just didn't want it to be serious to the point where I'm out for a long time," Sanders said on Wednesday. "Everything's fine now. I'm 100 percent."

Cornerback Avonte Maddox (concussion, neck) and defensive end Josh Sweat (ankle) were also full participants on Thursday.

Wide receiver DeSean Jackson (abdomen) was limited for a second straight day as he hopes to return to the lineup for the first time since Week 2. Defensive tackle Tim Jernigan (foot), safety Andrew Sendejo (abdomen), and running back Darren Sproles (quadricep) were also limited.

Guard Brandon Brooks didn't practice Thursday due to an illness. Linebacker Nigel Bradham (ankle) and tackle Jason Peters (knee) missed practice as well.
