LB Ware Misses Practice For Dallas

Linebacker DeMarcus Ware missed Thursday's practice for the Cowboys due to a back injury. However, Ware is expected to be fine for Saturday night's wild card showdown between the Eagles and the Cowboys, according to Nick Eatman of DallasCowboys.com.

Ware was already on the injury report because of a wrist injury that he's dealt with for most of the season. Despite a number of injuries this season, which include a stress fracture in his foot and a neck injury which resulted in him being carted off the field, Ware has missed very little time on the field.

Running back Marion Barber, who was a big part of the team's 179 rushing yards last week against the Eagles, was added to the injury report on Thursday because of a knee ailment. Barber had limited participation in practice.

The Cowboys, meanwhile, received good news regarding running back Tashard Choice and offensive tackle Marc Colombo. Choice, who suffered a concussion against the Eagles, had full participation in today's workout. Same went for Colombo, who has not played since November due to a fractured leg and high-ankle sprain. Colombo appears on track, according to DallasCowboys.com, to play Saturday night and start at the right tackle position. Doug Free has manned the spot in Colombo's absence.
