Jenkins "OK" After MRI On Hamstring

Defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins was at Thursday morning's walk thru and said that the MRI he underwent Wednesday evening on his injured hamstring revealed a "little minor strain." Jenkins was not concerned about missing a significant amount of time.

"I'm just going to rehab it and be smart with it. Make sure it's all right. Make sure it's feeling good," Jenkins said.

Jenkins initially suffered the injury during the team blitz drill on Wednesday. After seeing the trainers, he returned briefly for an individual period before ending his day.

The Eagles' entire starting defensive line from 2011 - Jenkins, Jason Babin (calf), Trent Cole (shoulder) and Mike Patterson - is sidelined due to injury. Outside of Patterson, who is still healing from offseason brain surgery, Jenkins was emphatic that he, Babin and Cole would be back in time for the season opener against Cleveland.
