The Eagles elevated safety Andre Chachere from the practice squad for the first time this season. Chachere finished the 2021 season with the second-most special teams snaps (322) on the team.
Running back Trey Sermon is active for the first time in the 2022 season. Sermon was claimed off waivers from San Francisco in September.
Running back Boston Scott and cornerback Avonte Maddox are both out for Sunday's game with injuries. Scott missed practice this week due to a rib issue, and Maddox has an ankle ailment.
As for the Jaguars, a notable addition to their inactives list is veteran wide receiver Zay Jones. He's out for Sunday's game due to an ankle injury.
