Philadelphia Eagles News

Inactives: Giants-Eagles

The official inactives for both teams are listed below:

Eagles: QB Vick, WR Maclin, OL Dunlap, OG Vandervelde, DE Hunt, DE Graham, and CB Rodgers-Cromartie

Giants: RB Bradshaw, FB Hynoski, WR Jernigan, OT Brewer, OG Petrus, DT Hendricks, and LB Boley

The Eagles will be without offensive leader Michael Vick for the first time this season. The 10-year veteran did not travel with the team after breaking two ribs in last week's matchup with the Arizona Cardinals. Also not making the trip were starting wide receiver Jeremy Maclin (shoulder/hamstring), offensive lineman King Dunlap (concussion), defensive end Brandon Graham (ribs), and cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (ankle).

With left guard Evan Mathis (toe) listed as probable, Dunlap would likely have served as a backup this week. Graham's role as a rotational pass-rusher will be filled by veteran Juqua Parker. Vick, Maclin, and Rodgers-Cromartie, however, will be sorely missed. The Eagles will start Pro Bowl quarterback Vince Young in place of Vick. Opposite DeSean Jackson at wide receiver, the Eagles will start second-year man Riley Cooper. And at nickel corner, long-time Eagle Joselio Hanson will step in. Rookie cornerback Curtis Marsh makes his regular-season debut tonight.

The Giants will be without starting running back Ahmad Bradshaw (foot) and starting linebacker Michael Boley (hamstring). Bradshaw has 440 yards and five touchdowns on the season. In his place, the Giants will start 264-pound bruiser Brandon Jacobs. The Giants' first-round pick from this year's draft, cornerback Prince Amukamara, will make his debut tonight after missing the first nine games of the season with a foot injury.
