Howie Roseman: Brandon Graham 'is a legend'

INDIANAPOLIS – After the Eagles agreed to terms with defensive end Brandon Graham on a three-year extension on Friday morning, Howie Roseman and the rest of the staff who are in Indianapolis for the NFL Scouting Combine couldn't help but react to how excited Graham was to return to Philadelphia.

"He fits us on and off the field. He's the kind of player and person that you want to invest in," Roseman told Rich Eisen and Daniel Jeremiah of NFL Network during live coverage of the event. "All of us, just talking to him this morning about how excited he was to be back in Philadelphia. And, really, when you talk about it, he's a legend. He's a legend in Philadelphia."

It's been a great couple of days for the City of Philadelphia with the return of Graham and the Phillies agreeing to terms with All-Star outfielder Bryce Harper on Thursday. Roseman shared that he took his four kids to a game last season. The Phillies offered to send his kids jerseys. Roseman said he waited until Thursday night after the Harper deal went down to submit his request.
