LB Chris Gocong

Gocong: "We're real young. We just got a little younger. It's one of those things where we have the speed, we have the ability, now we just have to do it. From there it's all about making plays."

Gocong: "It's always a learning process, but I feel like I've grown leaps and bounds from two years ago and last year. I'm constantly learning, constantly watching Lito (Sheppard) and Sheldon (Brown) and Brian Dawkins. (I pick up) ways to cheat, when to cheat, how to cheat, how to use the safety - all that stuff."

Gocong: "That's one thing I got a lot more of in training camp was work at defensive end and some of the JOKER package. I'm really looking forward to it. Whether it's defensive end on the field or linebacker on the field, as long as I'm out there making plays I feel good."
