Offensive guard Todd Herremans practiced on Friday and said he expects to play Sunday against Green Bay.
"I'll be there," he said.
Herremans tweaked a calf muscle in Wednesday's walk-through practice and then took two days of treatment -- including accupuncture -- to heal the injury. Accupuncture was a new method of rehab for Herremans, the team's starting left guard.
"It worked good for me," said Herremans.
Herremans did not play in Sunday's loss to Dallas and then surprisingly turned up on the team's injury list on Wednesday. But after his work on Friday, Herremans appears set to play against the Packers. Herremans is listed as questionable.
Not as certain is right guard Max Jean-Gilles, who missed practice on Friday with an ankle injury. He is also listed as questionable. If Jean-Gilles can't play on Sunday, Nick Cole would likely be the starter.
