Game Vs. Cardinals: Head Coach Andy Reid

On injuries sustained in the game: "[WR]Jeremy Maclin has a shoulder and a hamstring strain. [CB] Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has an ankle sprain."

On the loss: "Obviously you can't turn over the football as many times as we did, have 11 penalties on top of that, and be a disaster in the red zone like we were. That's my responsibility and the way this team played is my responsibility. We have to make sure we get it corrected."

On why rookie S Jaiquawn Jarrett was matched up with Arizona WR Larry Fitzgerald on a key fourth quarter completion:"We had a pressure there and we were trying to blitz them, so that is the match-up."

On whether Jarrett was the right match-up against Fitzgerald on the play: "It was there, yes."

On his decision to deactivate WR DeSean Jackson: "I thought it was the right thing to do. I think it's out there now that he missed a meeting. He needs to step back and make sure that it doesn't happen again."

On whether he is disappointed that he had to discipline Jackson: "I'm not happy about it."

On whether players missing meetings has become a systematic team problem this season: "No."

On whether Jackson missed a meeting last week as well: "I'm not going to get into that. It's already done."

On the lack of carries by RB LeSean McCoy: "We have to do a better job all the way around."

On the team's struggle in regard to relinquishing fourth quarter leads: "We have to fix it. The obvious is there – the penalties. You're moving backward instead of forward and committing turnovers. You can't do that."

On whether the inexperience of Defensive Coordinator Juan Castillo has contributed to the defense relinquishing fourth quarter leads: "No, we all have a piece of this, starting with me and everybody else."

On why few two-tight end formations were used today: "They played a lot of single safety high and they were putting an extra guy in the box. We were trying to take advantage of what the defense was giving us."

On the play of QB Michael Vick: "None of us did very good, starting with me. It was a joint effort."

On the absence of WR DeSean Jackson in the game today and whether the decision to deactivate him was worth it: "You do what the rules are, and that's what you do."

On the decision to use CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie as a kick returner: "We thought we had a chance to break him on one, so we used him on a couple of [returns]."

On whether Rodgers-Cromartie suffered his ankle injury on a kickoff return: "Yes, that's how he got injured."

On whether he is worried about the team checking out mentally and not being focused: "No."

On whether the outcome could have been different if Rodgers-Cromartie had not been injured late in the game: "He would have played. I'm not saying it would have been different if he was in there, but he would have played."

On whether Rodgers-Cromartie would have been matched up against Arizona WR Larry Fitzgerald on the long fourth quarter completion instead of Jaiquawn Jarrett if he had not been injured: "No."

On Vick's lack of accuracy when passing to his wide receivers: "It can't only be one guy. We all have to do our jobs better, starting with me."

On whether Vick is trying too hard: "No, I don't think so. That's a loaded question. I think we all just have to do our jobs better."

On Arizona pass rushers often coming free through the line of scrimmage at Michael Vick: "On the screens we were [letting them come free], but on the plays where you're trying to throw the football, you don't want guys coming free."

On why the Eagles called nine straight passing plays with a seven point fourth quarter lead: "We thought we could do what we needed to do to add points on the board."

On whether there is a disconnect with some of the players: "It's my responsibility to make sure that everybody is on the same page. Obviously by this performance, that didn't look very good. That's my responsibility. I don't know about disconnects and those types of things, but I have to do a better job along with my guys."

On the change at linebacker and the increased play of Akeem Jordan: "We had done that during the week. That wasn't something we just did today. We just wanted to get him in there."

On whether DeSean Jackson would have started if he were active: "Yes, he would have started."

On whether a major shake-up is needed in terms of coaching or personnel: "We all need to do better. That's what we need to do."
